Concept-stage boundaries
Her Renewal Collective is currently a founding concept and research site. It is not a clinic, health plan, patient portal, or booking service. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, cycle dates, insurance identifiers, or other medical information.
Information we collect
The founding-circle form collects the contact and professional information you choose to provide: first name, email, city or region, your relationship to the concept, and—when relevant—your organization or profession.
The separate experience-studio form stores selected concept preferences without asking for a name or email. We intentionally do not connect those anonymous preference responses to the contact form.
How information is used
Information may be used to evaluate demand, prioritize the pilot, invite interested people to future listening sessions, identify possible professional partners, respond to privacy requests, and provide project updates. We do not sell submitted information.
Storage and retention
Submitted information is stored for concept development and may be retained while the founding research remains active. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security. A formal clinical privacy program will be required before any future product collects or connects to medical records.
Your choices
You may ask to be removed or request deletion of your contact submission. Return to the founding-circle form, select “Privacy request,” and submit the same email address so the request can be matched.
